Based on the current practical experiences, admittedly, there are some lack of description on criminal elements of human rights violations and elements of command responsibility contained in the Law of Human Rights Court. From the substance, this formatted guidelines is quite detail in elaborating the criminal elements of gross violations of human rights that are formulated in Article 8, Article 9, and elements of command responsibility in Article 42 in Law on Human Rights Court.
